Manufacturing Plaswood

Plaswood is manufactured here in the UK using a very controlled blend of plastic waste as a raw material which is mixed, heated and then extruded into a range of key lumber profiles.

As part of a global operation which extensive recycling and manufacturing capabilities we can control the waste plastic feedstock we use ensuring we manufacture a high quality product repeatedly.

Our extrusion lines for Plaswood operate on a 24/7 basis over multiple extrusion lines with a wide range moulds producing an extensive range of finished profiles.

We produce a high quality product with our production facility operating in accordance with ISO9001 (Product Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO45001 (Health & Safety Management). Our site holds RecyClass certification for our recycling process and associated management systems.
