Quality control is a critical process throughout the Plaswood manufacturing process.

From the very start of the process, great care is taken in the selection process of the waste materials that will be used to manufacture Plaswood products. 

Each batch of recycled plastic lumber goes through rigorous testing in our inhouse testing laboratory to ensure it meets industry standards for strength, surface finish and environmental performance.

Once our lumber reaches our fabrication facility, a suite of state of the art CNC machine tools processes lumber efficiently to exacting standards and tolerances to component form. These components form the basis of our high quality, outdoor furniture range.

Quality is controlled and checked at every key stage throughout the recycling, manufacturing and fabrication processes.
